Council of Representatives,
The Office of Training and Development of the Council aims to form "Efficient and Effective Organizations through Human Resource Training and Development." For the past three months, the Office has served more than 30 organizations and student groups, with regards to the formation and training needs of their people.

Recruitment Week for COA Executive Team starts this week!

The COA Executive Team, also known as the ExTeam, is the official working arm of the COA Executive Board. It is composed of students who applied for a leadership position in COA. Balancing chemical equations and financial statements may be very dreary to a student’s everyday life, especially to a Management of Applied Chemistry major like me. Likewise, striking a balance on our time for studies and personal lives adds to the difficulty I face. The same problem arises when we eventually graduate and experience work-life balance, or imbalance. Albeit the complicatedness of this act, balancing things around us serves as a very helpful skill.
