The Ateneo Project for Asian and International Relations is the premier international relations organization of the Ateneo. As the home organization of Diplomacy and International Relations (Dip IR) majors, it is committed to fostering global communication, greater cooperation, and discourse among future leaders and the wider community at large through methods such as organizing lectures and discussion sessions, and sending delegates to international conferences and forums that critically assess economic, social, and political issues in the international arena.


The Ateneo Project for Asian and International Relations envisions itself as an organization committed to fostering global and international communication and greater cooperation among future leaders within the Philippines and Asia so as to empower individuals with an understanding of political, social and economic issues in order to respond to the concerns of the larger community.


As a Harvard-Affiliated student organization of the Ateneo, APAIR strives, in the spirit of professionalism and excellence, to recruit, train and develop students by providing intellectually rich avenues that enhance awareness and promote discourse on social, political and economic issues in collaboration and solidarity with other HPAIR organizations as well as with other sectors of Philippine society.

  2. APAIR is the only student organization in the Ateneo affiliated with Harvard!
  3. Since its inception, we have been sending our members to cities all over the world, such as Tokyo, Shanghai, Seoul, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Bangkok, Jakarta, Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei, Dubai and Boston, as delegates to the prestigious Harvard Conferences!

National Conference

RMAF Global Forum

APAIR National Conference (NATCON)

NatCon is a two-day event where students from schools and organizations within the Philippines and experts from diverse professions gather to discuss current local and international events and trends.

Discourse and Dialogue

The DnD is a saga of talks and briefing sessions regarding the current state of world affairs, thus aiming to facilitate discourse and discussion among participants.

International Relations and Diplomacy Career Seminar

The Career Seminar is an annual event wherein representatives from institutions in the field of Diplomacy and International Relations come and discuss the opportunities they offer for aspiring professionals and interns in that field.
